Founded in 1996, we are currently celebrating 20 successful years in Business. We are a Cork based company and, as one of Munster’s leading Air Conditioning specialists, we provide installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning systems and Chilling products.

For comfort Air Conditioning applications we supply Mitsubishi Electric products, the Irish market leading brand which includes split systems, VRF and ventilation. For Computer Room Air Conditioning units we provide close control temperature and humidity systems manufactured by EDPAC , a long established Irish manufacturer based in Carrigaline Co. Cork. For water chilling for both process and HVAC applications we supply Daikin Chillers.

The increased implications of F-Gas and ozone depleting legislation places significant responsibilities on end users. In response to this Astech Air Conditioning actively supports and manages this obligation on our customers behalf, ensuring all statutory requirements are met, as well as appraising the customer equipment and addressing any amendments or expansion to the directive.

F-Gas legislation was introduced from 4th July 2009, where it became a legal requirement for all businesses that install, maintain or service Stationary Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and / or Heat Pump equipment containing F-Gas refrigerants to obtain an F-Gas Company Certificate. Astech Air Conditioning is an F-Gas registered (FGR) company and also has Prior Annual Notification (PAN) approval with the EPA for removal / transportation of waste refrigerants. All Astech Air Conditioning staff are certified for refrigerant handling to City & Guilds 2079.
