It all began in the early 80’s with Collette Fitzgerald’s dedication & passion for all things food. Since then we have grown Knights Catering from its simple and humble origins to our current position as one of Ireland’s leading event and corporate caterers. We cater for all types of events and offer a full range of catering services, with menus available to suit all tastes & budgets. No event is too big or too small for us, so whether you’re hosting a large - scale corporate event for 4,000 or planning a small intimate gathering for 40, you can count on us to look after you!
